When Will My Frame Arrive?
Because every floating frame is made individually, a short production period is required before dispatch. Our canvas floating frame delivery process begins as soon as your frame has been made, inspected and carefully packed.
Made to Order
Your frame normally spends approximately two to three working days in production.
Carefully Packed
Once complete, the frame is inspected, protected and prepared for collection by the courier.
Tracked Delivery
Please allow approximately five working days from placing your order to receiving it, subject to current demand.
Specially Protected for the Journey
Larger floating frames require specially designed packaging to provide additional protection during transit.
Some large orders may arrive in separate parcels or require more than one package. There is no additional delivery charge for this.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
Damage in transit is rare, but please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 48 hours if there is a problem.
